Then how to get one single VOB file from a DVD with ease? With Magic DVD Copier for Mac, this target can be perfectly achieved, and all that you need to do is just following the guide below.

Step 2 Launch the program, then insert the DVD disc that you want to copy.
Step 3 Select the top button between "Burn DVD" and "Copy to Local Disk" according to your need, then specify the DVD source file and the target directory.
Step 4 Select the copy mode, either "Full Disc" or "Main Movie", and if you choose the latter one, there is a pop-up window like the one below, where you can choose the title you need to copy, and the preferred audio and subtitle.
Step 5 Unfold the "Settings" menu, where you can alter some specifics about the backup. Remember to tick the check box of "Output Single VOB" under the "Misc" tab if you want to get one single VOB file from the DVD.
Step 6 Hit the "Start" button to begin when you finish setting.
After a while, the program's working is done and in the "VIDEO_TS" folder you can easily find the single VOB file from the DVD. To make a comparison, copying with or without "Output Single VOB" has been tested and the difference is clearly shown in the picture given below. The left list of files are the outcome of outputing single VOB, and as you see, the seven VOB files from "VTS_01_1.VOB" to "VTS_01_7.VOB" are simply combined into one single vob file, i.e. the "VTS_01_1.VOB" in the left, which provides you with more convenience when you try to save or convert the DVD.
